After spending years in pain caused by Spinal Stenosis I was finally found help with Jay. The relief came from Jay evening out my hips and most importantly giving me an exercise and stretching program that gave me great relief. I found all who were involved to be professional, caring and efficient in their care. I have and will again to refer Jay and Breakout Advisors to anyone I know.

The BreakOut team is amazing! Brad prescribed exercises based on my diagnosis, but also really took the time to listen to my feedback and adjust as necessary. Finally, relief for my SI joint! Everyone is so friendly and helpful; it made going to pt enjoyable! One of my favorite tools they use is the PT helper app - all your exerices are right at your fingertips, making it so easy to access and stay on track. If you’re looking for the best, I highly recommend Breakout!

My wife and I were learning how to be new parents, maintain full time jobs with our daughter in daycare, and make updates to our first home. With a lack of time to properly workout, I developed back and pelvic issues. Brad and the team at Breakout have really helped me get back on the right path so that I can resume my regular workouts. They really are a super positive group of caring and knowledgeable people who feel like old friends rather than therapists. They truly listen to all my questions or concerns and help to create a plan which can be used in or outside of their facility. Highly recommend Breakout! Thanks so much Brad, Jay, Debbie, Marissa, Patti and Kelly!

I have been a Breakout patient for both a hip and a knee replacement. Both times the care and individual attention I received was quite impressive. On some days I would even go so far as to say it was fun. There is a “feel good atmosphere” at Breakout that is very encouraging even when things aren’t going as one would wish. PT I’m told can be very painful, but I never felt more pain during therapy than I already was enduring. They strived to relieve my pain using a vast variety of techniques- heat, cold, massage, tens unit, and an assortment of machines and exercises. I would not hesitate to recommend Brad or Jay to anyone considering PT.

I had a total hip replacement early this year and the BREAKOUT team did a great job in my recovery. From my perspective, these are the things that really separate BREAKOUT ADVISORS & REHABILITATION from other PT groups: 1) The BREAKOUT team listens to and responds to your quality of life goals and develops a rehab program to help you achieve them. My post-surgery goals were to walk normally, exercise daily and get back to playing golf. The PT routine was all about flexibility and strengthening so I was able to walk normally and get back into the gym quickly. My biggest concern was being able to play golf as I had previously. Jay and his team provided me with a very methodical “golf progression” routine utilizing a combination of swinging different clubs with a gradual change in swing intensity over time. In my 1st round after surgery, I scored consistent with my previous play (and with no pain!) and could not be happier. 2) The BREAKOUT team focuses not only on addressing the post-surgery issue, but also assesses other areas of the body that may need work to assist in the post-surgery recovery. Based on my history with Jay, he knew I also had a bad knee and concurrently worked on strengthening my knee, realizing that a weak/injured knee could be problematic in the recovery of my hip. As a result, the knee was never an issue and that allowed my hip recovery to occur in its normal progression and without delay. 3) The BREAKOUT team is always very encouraging/motivating and they constantly provide feedback on your progress, which is extremely important for anyone trying to improve and achieve goals. Based on this approach by the BREAKOUT team, I looked forward to my PT sessions! 4) The BREAKOUT staff is consistent, patient and methodical in teaching the various exercises so you not only understand “what” to do, but “how” to do them correctly to optimize results. I really valued this approach because if the exercises are worth the time and effort to do, they might as well be done right! Thanks again to the BREAKOUT team. Your efforts are truly appreciated and have allowed me to BREAKOUT once again! Tom Robich
